Once you have completed your therapy sessions, your therapist will schedule you for our 6 month platinum follow up program to review your continuing home program, follow up on your status and if any, new or old issues that needs further attention. The 6 month follow up visits will also be a way to keep and maintain or improve your fitness or functional level. Think of it as a preventive program that will keep you pain free and maintain you successful status. We can make arrangements to meet with you on determining what equipment may be beneficial (if attending a gym or using home gym), and what exercises would be helpful in your continued recovery.
